Matthew is the on-tour director. As Allen doesn't currently go on-the-road we needed someone to keep an eye on the casts performances and general stage craft within the production while he's not around. Matthew was a perfect choice as he is a talented director in his own right. He is fantastic at getting the best from everyone.
